Main Features

Multiple List
Running all the mailing lists for all your sites from one central location makes maintaining your lists much easier.

Member Area
The member area allows you to get the most out of each member. They can login to view a list of all the mailing lists you run and select to join new lists at the click of a button.

3d Party integration
3rd party software such as free trial systems, contact forms, etc, can use a post gateway to subscribe new members to your mailing list in the background. Our other products such as CosmicAffiliate, CosmicEmailer and CosmicTells include configuration for easy integration with this feature. Although software in CGI, ASP or PHP from other developers can be easily adapted to utilize this feature.

Email Invites
Your mailing list members area able to invite their friends to join your mailing lists by using a simple form in your member area.

Plain text from HTML conversion
Rather than making separate messages for HTML and Plain text subscribers this feature can create a plain text email from the HTML email you provide.

Download Attachments
Unlike normal attachments that can bog down a members slow connection, download attachments sit on your server waiting to be downloaded by the member. This feature also helps to increase the speed of each mailing and minimise bandwidth consumption.

Special CosmicAffiliate integration
This program integrates very quickly and easily with CosmicAffiliate (formerly AllAffiliatePro). You can choose to pay affiliates a commission on sites that are submitted from visitors they send you. The commission can be different for standard sites, link trading sites and topsites. Integration is done through the configuration area.

General Administration

Add Mailing List
This feature allows you to create new mailing lists at the click of a button. Be sure to use a descriptive name when creating your mailing list as it'll be displayed to your members later on.

View Mailing List
By selecting one of the mailing lists you've created you can view the mailing list specific features.

Remove Mailing List
You must confirm removal before all information on the selected mailing list is removed.

Show Entire Index
Every member of each individual mailing list is stored in a central index. This index shows which lists a member is subscribed to and also any extra information that has been collected on them. Showing the entire index gives you a quick glance at how many members you have and if any subscription patterns are emerging. You should find that members that subscribe to one list choose to join some of your other lists thanks to the way the member area works.

Configuration
The default templates for each new mailing list along with general configuration such as the path to sendmail.

New Password
Edit the login information to the manager area.

Mailing List Specific 

Configuration
Mailing list specific configuration allows you to set different from names and addresses for each mailing list. You can also set specific signup message subjects and bodies.

Display Email List
This allows you to see exactly who is on each list and what their HTML/Plain setting is. You can remove individual members from each list.

Display Message Form
The message form is where you make contact with you mailing list members. You can set the email type HTML/Plain, and choose which members of the list to contact. It also has a useful feature that turns HTML emails into plain text emails so you can email both HTML and Plain text subscribers in one mailing. You can upload and offer download attachments, and select to send a previously uploaded message.

File Upload
The file upload form allows you to upload attachments and enter a newletter to be saved for use later.
